Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Lebanon)
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
International Shipping We ship to select countries in the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.): 7–14 business days
- Europe & USA: 10–20 business days
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
